LE CONTRÔLE
Nous sommes présents sur chaque site 1 heure à l’avance et ce avant chaque interventions.Nos contrôleurs portent la tenue réglementaire propre à la législation .
ACHAHADA a instauré aux abattoirs de commencer leur production dès le premier crenau horaire et sur un matériel nettoyé la veille et verifié le matin avant la production.
Nous vérifions l’état des locaux et veillions également à la propreté de tout le matériel qui est utilisé. S’il le faut, le matériel est nettoyé de nouveau devant nos contrôleurs.
Durant nos interventions si un quelconque doute subsiste quant à la licéité des marchandises, nous nous abstenons d’authentifier les viandes.
Nous vérifions toujours l’état et la propreté :
• Des boxes de contention
• Des machines
• Des convoyeurs
• Des bacs
• Des salles d’abats
• Des chambres froides
• Ainsi que tout le circuit où la viande est susceptible de passer
A la fin de toutes interventions auprès de nos partenaires le matériel est soigneusement nettoyé. Et Nos contrôleurs s’assure de ne rien laisser sur place.
CONTROL OF SLAUGHTER
Professionals under ACHAHADA control commit themselves to respect criteria relating to health monitoring, feeding, and the environment of animals.
He also commits himself to observe a good treatment of the animals destined to undergo the ritual sacrifice. This, in order to be in accordance with the Muslim rite.
The animals eligible for ACHAHADA certification have the following characteristics:
- They belong to the breed of cattle, sheep, goats or poultry. </ li>
- They are alive and conscious at the moment of bleeding. </ li>
- They have no disability or disease. </ li>
In order to ensure respect for these different points, all animals intended for ritual sacrifice undergo an ante-mortem examination by the veterinary services.
We recall that our main activity is control and not sacrifice.
The slaughter is therefore done by the sacrificer attached to the site. We make sure that the priest is a practicing Muslim, that he is authorized and empowered to perform the sacrifice.
All felling is carried out in the presence of one of our controllers.
In the case where the site does not have priests we exceptionally accept to make one available to him.
In order to facilitate our control, slaughter is imperative at the beginning of the activity. No further slaughter must have been done before.
